Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain the general ledger, ensuring all journal entries are accurate and timely.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in compliance with GAAP standards.
- Perform bank reconciliations and manage inter-company eliminations.
- Assist with external audits and tax filings.
- Oversee accounts payable and receivable workflows.
- Provide financial analysis and variance reporting to management.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- 3-5 years of progressive accounting experience.
- Certified Public Accountant (CPA) or CMA certification is highly preferred.
- Proficient in accounting software (e.g., NetSuite, QuickBooks) and MS Excel (Advanced).
- Strong analytical skills with a keen eye for detail.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
