Your Mission:
We are looking for a candidate who can handle complex financial operations with precision and efficiency. You will play a pivotal role in ensuring our financial health and compliance with regulatory standards.
Responsibilities
- Manage daily accounting operations, including accounts payable and accounts receivable.
- Prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in accordance with GAAP.
- Assist in the annual budgeting and forecasting process to support strategic decision-making.
- Ensure accurate and timely completion of tax filings and regulatory compliance audits.
- Reconcile bank statements and general ledger accounts to maintain financial integrity.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve financial reporting systems and workflows.
- Provide insightful financial analysis to senior management to drive business growth.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- CPA certification or CMA designation is highly preferred.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of progressive experience in corporate accounting.
- Proficiency in accounting software such as SAP, Oracle, or QuickBooks.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex financial data.
- Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
