Responsibilities
- Manage full-cycle accounting operations including accounts payable/receivable and general ledger maintenance
- Prepare and analyze financial statements ensuring GAAP compliance
- Lead month-end and year-end closing processes with accurate reconciliations
- Develop and implement internal controls to enhance financial reporting
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on budgeting and forecasting initiatives
- Conduct audits and ensure compliance with tax regulations
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance (CPA/Master's preferred)
- 5+ years of progressive accounting experience
- Advanced proficiency in QuickBooks and Microsoft Excel
- Strong knowledge of GAAP and financial reporting standards
