Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day accounting operations, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger maintenance.
- Prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in accordance with GAAP.
- Ensure timely and accurate completion of tax filings and regulatory compliance audits.
- Assist in the annual budgeting process and perform variance analysis to support management decision-making.
- Reconcile bank statements and resolve discrepancies efficiently.
- Develop and implement internal controls to safeguard company assets and ensure data integrity.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field required.
- Certified Public Accountant (CPA) or CMA certification is highly preferred.
- Minimum of 4-6 years of progressive experience in accounting or finance.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (advanced functions) and accounting software such as SAP, Oracle, or QuickBooks.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex financial data.
