- Manage general ledger accounting and execute month-end close procedures with precision.
- Prepare and analyze complex financial statements and variance reports.
- Perform monthly bank reconciliations and credit card statement reviews.
- Assist in the preparation of annual budgets and provide ongoing financial analysis.
- Ensure strict compliance with federal and state tax regulations and internal policies.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve financial processes.
Qualifications

- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field required.
- 2-5 years of progressive accounting experience preferred.
- Advanced proficiency in QuickBooks and Microsoft Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP).
- Strong understanding of GAAP and financial reporting standards.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
