- Manage full-cycle accounting operations including accounts payable/receivable, general ledger maintenance, and month-end close processes
- Prepare financial statements, budgets, and variance analyses while ensuring GAAP compliance
- Lead tax preparation, audits, and regulatory reporting for corporate clients
- Implement and optimize accounting systems to enhance operational efficiency
- Mentor junior accounting staff and cross-departmental financial initiatives
- Analyze financial data to provide strategic insights to senior leadership
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance (CPA/MBA preferred)
- 5+ years of progressive accounting experience in public/private sectors
- Advanced proficiency in QuickBooks, SAP, and Microsoft Excel
- Expert knowledge of GAAP, tax regulations, and SOX compliance
- Proven track record of managing complex financial projects
- Exceptional analytical skills with attention to detail
- Strong communication abilities for stakeholder presentations
