Responsibilities
- Manage and oversee daily general ledger accounting operations and month-end close processes.
- Prepare and analyze complex financial statements, ensuring accuracy and compliance with GAAP standards.
- Supervise accounts payable and accounts receivable functions, ensuring timely processing of transactions.
- Conduct thorough bank reconciliations and variance analysis to identify financial trends and opportunities.
- Assist in the budgeting and forecasting process for the upcoming fiscal year.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide financial insights and support decision-making.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field required; Master’s degree preferred.
- 3+ years of progressive experience in accounting or finance, preferably in a corporate environment.
- CPA certification is a strong plus.
- Proficiency in QuickBooks, SAP, or NetSuite.
- Advanced Excel skills (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Macros) are essential.
- Strong analytical skills with exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.
