Responsibilities
- Manage full-cycle accounting operations including month-end close processes
- Lead financial reporting initiatives with variance analysis and KPI tracking
- Oversee accounts payable/receivable and bank reconciliation processes
- Develop and implement internal controls for financial compliance
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on budget forecasting and audits
- Mentor junior accounting staff on best practices and software proficiency
- Streamline accounting workflows using ERP systems and automation tools
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting/Finance (CPA/Master's preferred)
- 5+ years of progressive accounting experience in public/private sectors
- Advanced proficiency in QuickBooks, SAP, and Microsoft Excel
- Demonstrated expertise in GAAP compliance and financial reporting
- Strong analytical skills with experience in process improvement
