Responsibilities
- Prepare and analyze monthly financial statements, balance sheets, and cash flow reports
- Manage accounts payable/receivable processes and ensure timely reconciliations
- Oversee general ledger maintenance and support month-end/year-end closing activities
- Implement and maintain internal controls to ensure compliance with GAAP/SOX regulations
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on budgeting, forecasting, and financial modeling
- Conduct audits of financial systems and processes to identify improvement opportunities
- Lead special projects related to process optimization and financial system implementations
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (CPA/MBA preferred)
- 5+ years of progressive accounting experience in public or corporate setting
- Expertise in QuickBooks, SAP, or Oracle financial systems
- Advanced proficiency in MS Excel and financial analysis tools
- Strong knowledge of GAAP, SOX compliance, and tax regulations
