Responsibilities
- Manage month-end close processes including journal entries and reconciliations
- Prepare financial statements and regulatory compliance reports
- Analyze financial data and provide actionable insights to leadership
- Oversee accounts payable/receivable and payroll processing
- Implement and maintain internal controls for financial systems
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on budgeting and forecasting
- Lead audits and ensure adherence to GAAP and SOX requirements
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance (CPA/MBA preferred)
- 5+ years of public accounting or corporate accounting experience
- Advanced proficiency in QuickBooks, Excel, and ERP systems
- Strong knowledge of GAAP, tax regulations, and SOX compliance
- Experience with financial modeling and variance analysis
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Proven track record of meeting deadlines in fast-paced environments
