Responsibilities
- Manage full-cycle bookkeeping for 15-20 diverse business clients
- Prepare and analyze monthly financial statements with variance reporting
- Oversee accounts payable/receivable and bank reconciliations
- Process payroll and ensure compliance with tax regulations
- Implement and maintain QuickBooks cloud systems
- Collaborate with CPAs during quarterly and annual audits
- Develop customized financial reports for client decision-making
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting/Finance or equivalent experience
- 5+ years of hands-on bookkeeping experience
- Advanced proficiency in QuickBooks Online and Excel
- Deep knowledge of GAAP and IRS tax codes
- Proven ability to manage multiple client portfolios
- Professional certification (CPA/QuickBooks ProAdvisor) preferred
- Exceptional attention to detail and problem-solving skills
