We are looking for a proactive individual who can handle the full-cycle accounting process with precision and efficiency.
Responsibilities
- Manage general ledger accounts and perform month-end and year-end close procedures.
- Prepare and analyze financial statements, including balance sheets and income statements.
- Process accounts payable and receivable transactions efficiently.
- Reconcile bank statements and credit card accounts monthly.
- Assist with tax preparation and compliance reporting.
- Maintain accurate financial records and ensure compliance with GAAP and internal policies.
Qualifications
- Associate or Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in general accounting or bookkeeping.
- Proficiency in accounting software (QuickBooks, Xero, or Sage) and MS Excel.
- Strong understanding of GAAP and financial reporting principles.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment with high internet reliability.
