Responsibilities
- Prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in accordance with GAAP.
- Manage general ledger reconciliations, including accounts payable and accounts receivable.
- Assist with external audits and internal controls to ensure compliance.
- Process payroll and ensure accurate tax filings for multiple entities.
- Reconcile bank statements and resolve discrepancies promptly.
- Prepare budgets and financial forecasts to support strategic planning.
- Provide detailed reporting to management regarding cash flow and profitability.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- 3+ years of professional accounting experience (CPA preferred but not required).
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Sage) and advanced Excel skills.
- Strong understanding of GAAP, tax regulations, and payroll processing.
- Excellent attention to detail with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
