Responsibilities
- Manage full-cycle accounting operations including month-end close, reconciliations, and financial reporting
- Lead preparation and analysis of financial statements ensuring GAAP compliance
- Oversee accounts payable/receivable processes and payroll coordination
- Conduct internal audits and implement process improvements
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on budgeting and forecasting
- Ensure compliance with tax regulations and regulatory requirements
- Maintain and optimize financial systems (SAP, Oracle)
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance (CPA/MBA preferred)
- 5+ years of progressive accounting experience in public/private sectors
- Expertise in GAAP, SOX compliance, and financial reporting standards
