Responsibilities
- Lead monthly financial reporting processes with 100% accuracy and timeliness
- Develop and maintain complex financial models for forecasting and scenario analysis
- Conduct variance analysis between projected and actual results with actionable recommendations
- Prepare executive-level presentations translating financial data into strategic insights
- Streamline financial workflows through automation and process optimization initiatives
- Support M&A activities due diligence and post-merger integration financial analysis
- Mentor junior analysts through structured knowledge transfer programs
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or Economics (MBA preferred)
- 5+ years progressive financial analysis experience in corporate or investment finance
- Advanced proficiency in Excel, Power BI, and ERP systems (SAP/Oracle)
- CFA or CPA certification strongly preferred
- Demonstrated experience with financial modeling and forecasting methodologies
