Responsibilities

- Manage month-end and year-end closing processes including journal entries and reconciliations
- Oversee accounts payable/receivable cycles and optimize cash flow operations
- Lead internal control audits and compliance documentation for SOX requirements
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support budgeting and forecasting initiatives
- Implement process improvements to enhance financial reporting efficiency
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance (CPA/MBA preferred)
- 5+ years of progressive accounting experience in public accounting or corporate finance
- Expert proficiency in QuickBooks, NetSuite, and Microsoft Excel with advanced functions
- Proven experience with month-end close, reconciliations, and financial reporting
- Strong knowledge of GAAP, SOX compliance, and internal controls
- Exceptional analytical skills with ability to identify and resolve discrepancies
