Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance (CPA preferred)
- 5+ years of public accounting experience
- Proficiency in QuickBooks and Microsoft Dynamics
- Expert knowledge of California tax codes
- Proven experience with multi-state payroll systems
- Advanced Excel skills with VLOOKUP/Pivot Table mastery
