Responsibilities
- Manage full-cycle accounting operations including month-end close, reconciliations, and financial reporting
- Prepare and analyze complex financial statements adhering to GAAP standards
- Oversee accounts payable/receivable processes and vendor management
- Conduct financial audits and ensure compliance with tax regulations
- Develop and implement process improvements for accounting workflows
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on budgeting and forecasting initiatives
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance (CPA/MBA preferred)
- 5+ years of progressive accounting experience in public or corporate settings
- Expert proficiency in QuickBooks and advanced Excel functions (VLOOKUP, PivotTables)
- Deep knowledge of GAAP, tax compliance, and financial reporting standards
- Proven ability to manage high-volume transactions with 100% accuracy
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
