- Prepare and analyze financial statements with actionable insights for executive leadership
- Oversee accounts payable/receivable processes and cash flow management
- Ensure compliance with GAAP and state/federal tax regulations
- Lead budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis initiatives
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on financial strategy and cost optimization
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance (CPA/MBA preferred)
- 5+ years of progressive accounting experience in public/private sectors
- Advanced proficiency in QuickBooks, Excel, and ERP systems
- Demonstrated expertise in month-end close and financial reporting
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail and accuracy
