Key Responsibilities:
Responsibilities
- Manage daily financial transactions, including accounts payable and receivable.
- Prepare and maintain accurate financial statements, balance sheets, and income statements.
- Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual tax filings.
- Reconcile bank statements and credit card accounts on a monthly basis.
- Analyze financial data to identify trends and cost-saving opportunities.
- Ensure compliance with GAAP and internal control procedures.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in general accounting.
- Proficiency in accounting software (QuickBooks, Sage, or NetSuite) and MS Excel.
- Strong understanding of GAAP and tax regulations.
- Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail.
