Responsibilities
- Develop, implement, and monitor compliance programs aligned with federal/state regulations (Dodd-Frank, AML, etc.)
- Conduct risk assessments and internal audits to identify compliance gaps
- Train employees on regulatory requirements and ethical standards
- Investigate potential violations and recommend corrective actions
- Stay current on regulatory changes and update policies accordingly
- Collaborate with legal, finance, and operations departments
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Law, or related field
- 3+ years compliance/regulatory experience in financial services
- Strong knowledge of federal/state compliance regulations
- Certification (CRCM, CAMS, or CCEP) preferred
- Exceptional analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Excellent written/verbal communication skills
- Proficiency in compliance management software
