Responsibilities
- Manage daily general ledger activities and ensure strict accuracy.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in compliance with GAAP.
- Assist in the preparation of annual budgets and perform variance analysis.
- Conduct internal audits and ensure regulatory compliance.
- Oversee accounts payable and receivable processes to optimize cash flow.
- Reconcile bank statements and resolve discrepancies promptly.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration required.
- Certified Public Accountant (CPA) designation is highly preferred.
- 3+ years of progressive accounting experience in a corporate environment.
- Proficiency in QuickBooks, Sage, or similar ERP software.
- Strong analytical skills with advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
