Responsibilities
- Manage full-cycle accounting operations including AP/AR, GL reconciliation, and month-end closings
- Prepare accurate financial statements and compliance reports for diverse client portfolios
- Oversee tax preparation and filing processes for corporate and individual clients
- Implement and optimize accounting software systems (QuickBooks, Sage)
- Conduct internal audits and process improvement initiatives
- Mentor junior accounting staff and cross-functional teams
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting/Finance (CPA/Master's preferred)
- 5+ years of progressive accounting experience in public/private sectors
- Advanced proficiency in Excel and accounting software platforms
- Proven expertise in GAAP compliance and tax regulations
