Responsibilities
- Process 200+ invoices daily with 99.5% accuracy
- Reconcile vendor statements and resolve discrepancies
- Coordinate with international suppliers across time zones
- Optimize AP workflows using NetSuite and Concur platforms
- Ensure compliance with SOX controls and internal audits
- Lead month-end closing procedures for AP ledger
- Mentor junior AP staff during shift transitions
Qualifications
- 3+ years high-volume AP experience
- Advanced Excel proficiency (VLOOKUP, PivotTables)
- SAP or Oracle ERP certification preferred
- Associates degree in Accounting/Finance required
- Proven night shift work history
- Certified Accounts Payable Professional (CAPP) a plus
- Exceptional attention to detail and problem-solving
