Responsibilities
- Execute month-end closing procedures including journal entries, reconciliations, and variance analysis
- Prepare and analyze financial statements (P&L, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow) with precision
- Manage accounts payable/receivable cycles and ensure timely payment processing
- Conduct internal audits and compliance reviews for SOX and GAAP adherence
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support budgeting and forecasting initiatives
- Implement process improvements to enhance financial reporting efficiency
- Support tax preparation and documentation for quarterly/annual filings
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field required
- 3+ years of hands-on accounting experience with night shift or flexible hours
- Advanced proficiency in QuickBooks, SAP, and MS Excel (VLOOKUP, PivotTables)
- Certified Public Accountant (CPA) designation preferred
- Deep understanding of GAAP, SOX compliance, and financial controls
- Exceptional analytical skills with meticulous attention to detail

- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision during off-peak hours
