Responsibilities
- Perform full-cycle bookkeeping tasks including accounts payable/receivable processing
- Assist with month-end closing procedures and financial statement preparation
- Reconcile bank accounts and credit card transactions
- Support audit processes by maintaining accurate financial records
- Utilize QuickBooks and Microsoft Excel for data entry and analysis
- Collaborate with senior accountants on special financial projects
- Ensure compliance with GAAP and internal accounting policies
Qualifications
