Responsibilities
- Process accounts payable/receivable and maintain general ledgers
- Reconcile bank statements and credit card transactions
- Assist with monthly financial reporting and payroll support
- Organize financial documents and ensure data accuracy
- Learn and utilize QuickBooks accounting software
- Support audit preparation and compliance tasks
- Communicate financial insights to senior accountants
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (degree preferred)
