Responsibilities
- Perform daily general ledger reconciliations and journal entries with a high degree of accuracy.
- Manage Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable processing for night batches.
- Prepare and analyze financial reports and variance analysis for executive review.
- Assist in the monthly and year-end closing processes to ensure timely reporting.
- Ensure strict compliance with internal controls and financial regulations.
- Communicate effectively with cross-functional teams during night operations.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (CPA preferred).
- 3+ years of accounting experience, preferably in a high-volume or 24/7 environment.
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., SAP, Oracle, NetSuite) and advanced MS Excel skills.
- Strong analytical skills and exceptional attention to detail.
- Must be available to work rotating night shifts as required.
- Candidate must be authorized to work in the United States.
