Responsibilities
- Manage the full cycle of month-end and year-end close procedures to ensure accuracy and timeliness.
- Prepare and analyze financial statements, including the Balance Sheet, Income Statement, and Cash Flow statements.
- Perform complex bank reconciliations and general ledger account reconciliations.
- Assist in the preparation of budgets, forecasts, and variance analyses for senior management.
- Ensure compliance with internal controls, GAAP, and regulatory requirements.
- Oversee the accounts payable and receivable processes to maintain healthy cash flow.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (CPA certification is a plus).
- Minimum of 3-5 years of progressive accounting experience.
- Proficiency in accounting software (QuickBooks, NetSuite, or Sage) and advanced Excel skills (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables).
- Strong understanding of GAAP and financial reporting standards.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to present financial data clearly.
- Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving abilities.
