Responsibilities
- Oversee daily accounting operations, including accounts payable and accounts receivable.
- Prepare and analyze monthly financial statements and variance reports.
- Ensure accurate and timely reconciliation of bank accounts and general ledger.
- Assist in the preparation of annual audits and tax filings.
- Maintain internal controls and ensure compliance with GAAP and local regulations.
- Collaborate with the finance team to streamline financial reporting processes.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field required.
- 3-5 years of progressive accounting experience.
- Certified Public Accountant (CPA) or CMA certification is a plus.
- Advanced proficiency in QuickBooks, Xero, or Sage.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables).
- Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
