Responsibilities
- Manage and reconcile general ledger accounts to ensure accuracy and compliance.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in accordance with GAAP.
- Assist in the preparation of tax returns and external audits.
- Process accounts payable and receivable transactions efficiently.
- Ensure all financial data is up-to-date and properly documented.
- Collaborate with the finance team to optimize cash flow and reporting.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (CPA preferred).
- 3+ years of progressive accounting experience.
- Proficiency in accounting software (QuickBooks, Sage) and advanced MS Excel skills.
- Strong analytical skills with a keen attention to detail.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and meet tight deadlines.
