What You'll Do
As our Senior Accountant, you will be the backbone of our financial integrity. You will manage critical accounts, ensure compliance, and drive strategic decision-making.
Responsibilities
- Oversee the full-cycle accounting process, including accounts payable and receivable.
- Prepare and analyze monthly financial statements in strict accordance with GAAP standards.
- Conduct variance analysis and prepare detailed reports for executive leadership.
- Manage the month-end and year-end close processes efficiently.
- Assist in the annual audit coordination and tax preparation.
- Implement and monitor internal controls to safeguard company assets.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration (CPA preferred).
- 5+ years of progressive accounting experience, preferably in a corporate environment.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Macros) and QuickBooks.
- Strong understanding of US tax laws, financial regulations, and compliance standards.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain complex financial data to non-finance staff.
