Responsibilities
- Process multi-state payroll for salaried/hourly employees using ADP Workforce Now
- Manage tax filings, garnishments, and year-end reconciliations (W-2/1099)
- Implement payroll system upgrades and process improvements
- Collaborate with HR on benefits administration and timekeeping systems
- Conduct internal audits and ensure compliance with federal/state regulations
- Lead payroll training for new hires and system users
Qualifications
- 5+ years of multi-state payroll processing experience
- ADP Workforce Now certification or equivalent expertise
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- Advanced knowledge of FLSA, DOL, and CA labor laws
- Proficiency in Excel (VLOOKUP, PivotTables) and payroll reporting
- Proven experience with payroll audits and compliance documentation
