Responsibilities
- Manage daily accounts payable and accounts receivable processes efficiently.
- Reconcile bank statements and credit card accounts to ensure accuracy.
- Prepare and process invoices, expense reports, and purchase orders.
- Assist in the preparation of monthly financial statements and ledgers.
- Maintain and organize digital and physical filing systems for all financial documents.
- Collaborate with the finance team to identify and resolve discrepancies.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED required; Associate degree in Accounting or related field preferred.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in general accounting or bookkeeping.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, with advanced Excel skills required.
- Familiarity with accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Sage, Xero) is highly desirable.
- Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and meet tight deadlines.
