Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive financial needs analyses for new and existing clients to identify wealth management opportunities.
- Develop and implement personalized investment strategies, retirement plans, and insurance solutions.
- Build and nurture long-term relationships with clients through regular consultation and performance reviews.
- Stay abreast of market trends and economic shifts to provide informed financial advice.
- Prepare and present complex financial reports in a clear, understandable manner.

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred).
- Certified Financial Planner (CFP) designation or Series 6/7/63 licenses (required).
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in financial sales, advising, or brokerage.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build trust and rapport quickly.
