Responsibilities
Manage daily bookkeeping operations, including accounts payable and accounts receivable.Reconcile bank statements and credit card statements on a monthly basis.Prepare and analyze financial statements and reports for executive management.Assist with the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual tax filings and returns.Maintain accurate and up-to-date general ledger records and journal entries.Process payroll with a high degree of accuracy and adherence to compliance standards.Ensure full compliance with federal, state, and local financial regulations.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field required.3+ years of experience in a general ledger accounting role.Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Sage) and advanced MS Excel skills.Strong working knowledge of GAAP principles and financial reporting standards.Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.Ability to communicate complex financial data clearly to non-financial stakeholders.Must be authorized to work in the United States.
