Responsibilities
- Oversee the full cycle of monthly and annual financial close processes to ensure accuracy and timeliness.
- Prepare complex financial statements and ensure strict compliance with GAAP accounting standards.
- Conduct variance analysis and provide insightful reporting to senior management.
- Manage general ledger reconciliation and oversee accounts payable/receivable functions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve financial processes and internal controls.
- Assist in the preparation of annual budgets, forecasts, and tax schedules.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration (CPA certification is highly preferred).
- 5+ years of progressive experience in accounting and financial reporting.
- Proficiency in accounting software (SAP, Oracle, or NetSuite) and advanced Excel skills.
- Strong understanding of financial analysis, budgeting, and forecasting methodologies.
- Demonstrated ability to lead projects and mentor junior accounting staff.
