Responsibilities
- Manage full-cycle accounting processes, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger reconciliation.
- Prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in accordance with GAAP.
- Assist in the annual budgeting and forecasting process, providing variance analysis and recommendations.
- Ensure tax compliance by gathering necessary data for external audits and tax filings.
- Streamline financial workflows and implement best practices for cost control.
- Collaborate with department heads to provide financial insights and operational support.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field required; CPA or CMA certification preferred.
- 3+ years of progressive experience in full-cycle accounting.
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, NetSuite, Sage) and advanced Excel skills.
- Strong understanding of GAAP and federal/state tax regulations.
- Excellent analytical skills with a keen eye for detail and accuracy.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
