Responsibilities
- Oversee month-end and year-end close processes with precision.
- Prepare and analyze complex financial reports and variance analysis.
- Manage general ledger reconciliation and bank statements.
- Ensure compliance with GAAP and internal control policies.
- Assist external auditors during the annual audit cycle.
- Implement process improvements to enhance operational efficiency.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance required; CPA preferred.
- 5+ years of progressive accounting experience.
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Sage) and advanced Excel skills.
- Strong understanding of US GAAP and tax regulations.
- Exceptional attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
- Strong communication skills for cross-departmental collaboration.
