Responsibilities
- Oversee end-to-end benefits administration and payroll processing for over 500 employees.
- Prepare and analyze monthly financial reports, ensuring accuracy in benefit cost allocations.
- Ensure strict compliance with state and federal tax regulations and ERISA requirements.
- Collaborate with HR and Finance departments to optimize employee compensation packages.
- Conduct internal audits of financial records and benefits documentation.
- Assist in the month-end and year-end close processes.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration required.
- CPA certification or Master’s degree is highly preferred.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in accounting, specifically within a benefits administration or payroll context.
- Proficiency in accounting software (SAP, Oracle, or NetSuite) and advanced Excel skills.
- Strong understanding of ERISA, FLSA, and Oklahoma state tax laws.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
