What You'll Do:
As our Senior Accountant, you will play a pivotal role in maintaining our financial integrity and driving strategic decision-making.
Responsibilities
- Lead the month-end and year-end closing processes, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
- Prepare complex financial statements, variance analyses, and management reports.
- Perform detailed reconciliations of bank accounts, credit cards, and general ledger accounts.
- Ensure compliance with GAAP, tax regulations, and internal controls.
- Collaborate with the internal audit team and external auditors during annual reviews.
- Streamline accounting workflows and implement process improvements.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field required.
- 3-5 years of progressive accounting experience preferred.
- CPA certification is a strong plus but not mandatory.
- Proficiency in accounting software (QuickBooks, Sage, or NetSuite) and ERP systems.
- Advanced Excel skills, including Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, and macros.
- Strong analytical skills with exceptional attention to detail.
