Responsibilities
- Manage full-cycle accounting operations for 15+ corporate clients
- Prepare and analyze monthly financial statements with variance reporting
- Oversee accounts payable/receivable and general ledger maintenance
- Coordinate annual audits and ensure SOX compliance
- Implement process improvements using QuickBooks and ERP systems
- Lead month-end closing procedures with accuracy
- Provide tax preparation support and regulatory filings
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance required
- 5+ years progressive accounting experience
- CPA certification preferred (or actively pursuing)
- Advanced proficiency in QuickBooks and Excel
- Strong GAAP knowledge and regulatory compliance expertise
- Proven ability to manage multiple client portfolios
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Effective communication and stakeholder management
