Responsibilities
- Manage the full cycle of accounts payable and receivable processes.
- Prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in accordance with GAAP.
- Perform bank reconciliations and credit card statements to ensure data accuracy.
- Assist in the preparation of year-end tax returns and audit schedules.
- Monitor budgets and provide variance analysis to management.
- Maintain accurate general ledger records and support month-end close procedures.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration.
- 3+ years of progressive experience in accounting or financial reporting.
- Certified Public Accountant (CPA) license is highly preferred.
- Proficiency in QuickBooks, Sage, or advanced Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables).
- Strong knowledge of US GAAP and internal control procedures.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
