Responsibilities
- Manage general ledger operations and ensure month-end closing accuracy
- Prepare and analyze financial statements for internal stakeholders
- Oversee accounts payable/receivable processes and cash flow management
- Conduct internal audits and implement process improvements
- Collaborate with tax teams on quarterly filings and compliance
- Develop financial models for budget forecasting and strategic planning
- Maintain SOX compliance documentation and internal controls
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance (CPA/MBA preferred)
- 5+ years of progressive accounting experience in public/private sectors
- Advanced proficiency in QuickBooks, SAP, and Excel with VBA skills
- Proven expertise in GAAP, tax compliance, and audit procedures
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail and accuracy
- Experience with ERP systems and financial reporting software
- Excellent communication skills for cross-departmental collaboration
