Responsibilities
- Manage full-cycle accounting operations including month-end close, reconciliations, and financial reporting
- Lead audit preparations and ensure compliance with GAAP and SEC regulations
- Analyze financial data to identify trends and provide actionable insights for strategic decisions
- Oversee accounts payable/receivable processes and cash flow management
- Develop and implement process improvements for accounting workflows
- Mentor junior staff and cross-functional team collaboration
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance (CPA/Master's preferred)
- 5+ years of progressive accounting experience in public/private sectors
- Expertise in financial reporting, audit preparation, and regulatory compliance
- Proficiency with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle) and MS Office Suite
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail and accuracy
- Excellent communication abilities for stakeholder interactions
