Responsibilities
- Manage full-cycle accounting operations including month-end close, reconciliations, and financial reporting
- Analyze financial data to identify trends, risks, and optimization opportunities
- Prepare and present accurate financial statements to senior leadership and stakeholders
- Ensure compliance with GAAP, SOX, and regulatory requirements
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on budgeting, forecasting, and strategic initiatives
- Lead process improvement projects to enhance financial efficiency and accuracy
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (CPA/MBA preferred)
- 5+ years of progressive accounting experience in public accounting or corporate finance
- Advanced proficiency in ERP systems (SAP, Oracle) and Microsoft Excel
- Demonstrated expertise in financial reporting, audits, and internal controls
