Responsibilities
- Oversee full-cycle accounting operations including GL maintenance, reconciliations, and month-end close
- Prepare and analyze financial statements, budgets, and variance reports
- Ensure compliance with GAAP, tax regulations, and industry standards
- Lead internal audits and implement process improvements
- Manage accounts payable/receivable and cash flow forecasting
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on financial planning initiatives
- Maintain accurate financial records using QuickBooks and ERP systems
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance (CPA/MBA preferred)
- 5+ years of progressive accounting experience
- Advanced proficiency in QuickBooks, Excel, and accounting software
- Strong knowledge of GAAP, tax compliance, and financial regulations
- Exceptional analytical skills and attention to detail
- Proven experience in financial reporting and auditing
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
