Responsibilities
- Prepare and analyze monthly financial statements, ensuring accuracy and compliance with GAAP
- Manage accounts payable/receivable and general ledger reconciliations
- Oversee budgeting processes and variance reporting for client portfolios
- Conduct internal audits and implement process improvements
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on financial planning initiatives
- Utilize QuickBooks and advanced Excel functions for data analysis
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field required
- 3+ years of hands-on accounting experience in public or corporate finance
- CPA certification or active pursuit preferred
- Expert proficiency in QuickBooks and advanced Excel functions
- Demonstrated experience with financial reporting and reconciliation
