Responsibilities
- Manage full-cycle accounting processes including month-end close and reconciliations
- Analyze financial data to identify trends and prepare executive reports
- Ensure compliance with GAAP and industry regulations
- Lead audit preparation and coordinate with external auditors
- Maintain accurate general ledger systems and financial records
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on budget forecasting
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance (CPA/MBA preferred)
- 5+ years of progressive accounting experience
- Advanced proficiency in QuickBooks and Microsoft Excel
