- Conduct in-depth variance analysis and performance reporting
- Support external audits and tax compliance initiatives
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance (CPA/MBA preferred)
- 5+ years of progressive accounting experience in public/private sectors
- Expertise in GAAP, SOX compliance, and financial reporting
- Advanced proficiency in ERP systems (SAP/Oracle) and Excel modeling
- Proven track record of managing month-end/close processes
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail
